Re: Traffic Security Cameras and the Dover Inner City Security Cameras

Your Honorable Attorney General Biden:

This comes to bring to the attention of your office material evidence of an incident that occurred on Thursday, April 04, 2013, in Dover, Delaware on or about New Street and North Street involving James Wilson and several Dover Police Officers and Probation/Parole Officers.

The Traffic Security Cameras maintained by the Delaware Department of Transportation (DELDOT) and the inner city security cameras maintained by the Dover Police Department captured the incident of Thursday, April 04, 2013 that lead to James Wilson being arrested, criminally charged and indicted by the grand jury on April 29, 2013, and the federal lawsuit pending in Delaware United States District Court.


The existence of these cameras as evidence was brought to my attention by several people, and at least one person is a witness of the incident. I believe the existence of the cameras and their capturing the incident on Thursday, April 04, 2013, involving James Wilson is true, so I am bringing this matter to your attention for assurance this valuable evidence is not ignored or overlooked.
