My practice usually involves representing David against Goliath -- and I enjoy that! I practice in a storefront setting situated in the Birdtown
neighborhood of Lakewood, Ohio, close to Cleveland's state and federal courthouses -- but with easy access and free parking for clients.
I enjoy litigation, but I have been able to reach many clients' objectives through either direct negotiation or alternative dispute resolution.
I generally offer free consultations, though I do require a consultation fee when the review of a legal document -- such as a non-compete,
an employment contract, or a separation agreement -- is necessary for the initial evaluation of the client's cause.
