I need an attorney to represent my 12 yr. old son Tyrique Bryson, and myself Vanessa Gully.
I'm looking for an attorney who is willing to file a lawsuit against the Fort Dodge Police Department. I've been a victim of racial discrimination, numerous illegal search warrants, and my most resent incident was on June 10, 2015. At 6:30 am the police were banging at my door, "Fort Dodge Police Department we have a search warrant!" I saw them coming and had already unlocked the door. They came in without a search warrant assaulted me and then took me to jail for interference. And once I got to the police dept. because I didn't cooperate they added an additional charge assault on a police officer. I was offered a plea bargain, plea guilty to the interference charge and they would drop the assault charge. I refused because I knew I did nothing wrong, demanded a speedy trial.
