This information is soley in regards of Mr James Workman, Jr. I want to file a law suit against two neighbors above me. Our home is actually caveing in due to their negligience. The one neighbor dug a trench completely around his garage and that water came over onto my property and then the neighbor between this neighbor and I piped his water by black plastic pipe onto my property ( thats two neihbors mechanically running their water onto my property. This water ran like a wide stream river dam over onto me for over 5 years . My wife and I have lived in this home over 30 years and we are dissabled and we had actual mud from this run off in our basement ..yard etc. In result of this our home is actually sinking. my driveway as sank 3 inches. my drains in my new concrete driveway are now way above the concrete. Thats minor compared to the fact that my homes floors are comeing apart at a fast rate of time. my hallways has sank about a foot this year. I had a contractor here and he said are home is sinking !. I had M. David Kerr here and he came several times and then he wrote the neighbors a letter to contain their water run off. the one neighbor complied to the order but the one did not. I am not able to rebuild this home. I want to file a lawsut as soon as possiible. LIke I said I contacted the City engineer and John Benson came from city code and he took pictures. This house is worrying us because it is comeing apart at the floors and the basement wall is starting to bulge and has already peeled away the paint and foundation strength.
