right now my son is in the work realase program at rutherford co. he fail to comply with all of his child support at the time of the hearing. he had it all most caught up. and looking for a job. at the same time. i would like to know if you could talk to me about his situation and if you take pymts for your service... i thank you with anything you can do. his eldest son is staying with his mom at the time.my son has full custody of easton .. the child support was for his two youngest children. jason realease date is oct 16th. and he will have to find a job to continue the catch up on his responbility of the payments. could he file for a modifcaton until he gets a job of pymts. also his eldest son has a court date on oct 13th for a problem he got into with some wrong friends and has been once they destroys some plastic pool chairs and a door at a apartment complex where these boys lived. he has been once already and the final hearing is oct 13. he has been appointed a atty by the court a very nice young man but i did not get his name.. i talk to jason my son last evening and he wants to get a atty for himself before this court date.. i would appreciate any information you could supply me with. this is all new to all of us and i do not know where to turn. thank you margie wallace ph#6154621290 email mwallace1947@yahoo,com
