I am a contractor that has been treated unjustly. An owner of a cafe', with (3) days left till completion, added numerous change orders, never communicated, had all equipment show (32) pieces, and expected everything to be hooked up in a couple days. She changed locations after providing drawings, canceled all her credit card transactions, etc. SHe has signed the contract and change orders. Most of all she has held our tools for 3 weeks causing us to go out and spend 3,500.00 in tools so we could work. We wish to lien the project and sue for our monies.
