I was recently incarcerated in Cobb co. Gary.I'll share that issue with you if you get in touch with me. But my main concern is while incarcerated I was jumped and beaten for several minutes during chow time. Some guys were taken my commensary items while i was waiting for lunch. I confronted them in front of the officer doing lunch and I do know protocol for any situation as such requires immediate attention and usually separation between the inmates, not this day. The officer even said I thought y'all were kidding. I assured him I wasn't kidding one bit they was stealing my store items. He went to feeding the next pod while I was jumped by four or five inmates and took the beating for as long as it takes to feed a whole pod. During this time I received a orbital fracture in my left eye and also stitches in my chin. They did take me to Cobb hospital and they did a cat scan to which the Dr said i need to see a specialist, plastic surgeon about my face and then the Friday before I was released they took me to a eye dr and he recommended that i see a ear nose and throat specialist, about plastic surgery. The whole left side of my face is still completely numb and extremely uncomfortable and painful. I sincerely need help with this situation Gary. I'm not extremely concerned with a suit at this moment, I just want feeling back in my face. The infirmary sent a letter Monday stating if I don't have a Dr that i can go to my local health department or clinic, they're not specialist and that was recommended, specialist. Not std clinic's.
