Phil Turvin is suspended from practicing law. He has failed to respond to the IOWA SUPREME COURT DISCIPLINARY BOARD about his running out on numerous clients after taking their money AND not doing the work they paid him for. When Phil ripped off attorney Dennis Bjorklund, the state allowed that, as they were trying to ruin Bjorklund, due to his whistleblowing to the IA State AG office on Gerald Hinzman, Hinzman's non-profit, The sixth judicial dept. of corrections, judges, police officers, Johnson Co Attorney's office, as well as MECCA. Turvin was allowed to steal more than $20,000 from Bjorklund, as the state wanted to punish Bjorklund for his whistleblowing activities against people in high places. Phil took this as a message he could steal from anyone and so he did. He stole from clients and to this date the County Attorneys office, the Iowa AG, Supreme Ct Disciplinary Board, and federal agents have all failed to pursue the theft and fraud Turvin committed on innocent clients. They continue to cover for Turvin, because they do not want all these lying losers getting nailed for felonies prior to finalizing their criminal conspiracy against world renown DUI attorney, lecturer, and author Dennis A. Bjorklund.
