Mr Troutman, thank you for the copy of Park Place Assoc
letter. I did not know they had a lean on my property. Secondly, when I purchased my property, does my deed
count. I repaired the 1st leak because it was the main water line connected to my my brick foundation. My neighbor advised I'm 6" on his property. I have a curve sidewalk finished with bricks, however it's not on my property. I extended the bricks for appearance purpose. I'll gladly remove all bricks extending my property line.
I've just learned what Park Place calls community property is actually the homeowners property. Their
property extends to the street except for the easement which is 10 feet from the street. Again, this is based on their deed and they will fight this if Park Place disagrees. I'm angry and do not agree with Park Place. Where are they getting their info? I'm getting the names of the neighbors who have had water leaks and did not pay. Thank you and I'm about ready to remove some bricks
and frustration. Mr Barton thinks he rules Park Place
and what he says is the law.
