Dear Tim,

I changed my name legally back to Ziemer (my maiden name), so as not to be associated with Gene M. Pettingill, who's a Level 4 Registered Sex Offender.

It's a long story, but John Malik advised me in 2012, to plead guilty to, "2 counts of failure to inoculate", my daughter's 2 Siberian Huskies, because she was going to be going to VA Tech's new Medical College in Roanoke, VA that fall. She lasted all of 6 weeks, before her ex-boyfriend (a pothead, a prescription pill abuser, & whom also turned out to be a heroin addict), got homesick, so she quit. I never would have plead guilty to those 2 charges, because they weren't my responsibility! I also found out that I need the Governor to pardon these 2 guilty charges. LOL

A process server came to my door, last Sunday night, to which I only have 20 days to reply.
The case # is: CPU4-16-000259. I desperately need your help, due to having extensive health issues.
