John I am still dealing with this EEOC case. Remember the one I gave to you of the findings of the EEOC to review that said I had an at sue letter which I gave to you 30 days prior to the deadline and you knew exactly what was going on. Now I don't know what happen that you would call me to your restaurant/office one or two days prior to the deadline and didn't even have the guts to come out and talk to me so you sent Tom M. that you didn't want to deal with this. Knowing that Tom had nothing to do with this and I only discuss, faxed information and had numerous phone conversations with YOU only. I only sent all information to your fax along with our phone conversation to your restaurant/office. This is not the first case that we gave you, one was sent to the Supreme Court so I TRUSTED YOU that you would have been HONEST with me and would have told me alot sooner THAN 2 DAYS prior to the deadline. My question to you John is why didn't you tell me sooner, and did you have any contact or phone conversation with Smith & Smith Law Firm, Jim Smith? This looks fishy. I know we didn't have a contract, which before we never needed one because we had a verbal contract like we did in this last one because you took all my information.
