Good afternoon. I recently made a purchase of a 2009 Harley Davidson from Ft Thunder in OKC. I am listed as the primary purchaser. I was in a one and a half year relationship with Thomas Foster. He has the bike at his home. I have asked to come and pick up the bike so that I can make sure it is being paid for. I have contacted the authorities in Paul's Valley where he lives and they informed me this is a civil matter. My concern is that for one he cannot afford to continue to make payments on this bike I have had to contact the financial dept at Harley at least 3 times. My other concern is he is going to get it in pounded or wreck it due to his drinking and driving. He was recently pulled over for speeding and drinking. I realize I made the decision to go into this deal with him and there have been many other things that have since happened and I have witnessed and that is why I needed to separate myself from him. However the financial responsibility of the bike is still my concern. I have a very good paying job in the medical field and I can more than afford the bike. Please can you help me.
