I have a small business we have used you for our lease . I'm running into issue with our bank merchant processing.last year was tough for us.we started to noticed a lot of insufisent fund fees.when l looked into it.i saw the processing​ of our credit cards where getting slower .they told me that it will go into the account 24 as long as the bank was open.with some investigating I found that to be a lie .they play with the time on Saturday.making no deposits on from Friday or saturday.but they take out on Friday and saturday.monday is usually the bounced check day then shortly after that the money goes thru.when I started complaining they directed me to the process co.they said no as long as the bank is open they process.the the bank called and offered to drop my rate .but I am out thousand s of dollars and embarrassement .do you think it's worth getting into?

We have had to pay from our funds for many things to cancel or to keep from being over the payment time. We are keeping all of the receipts. Is this all we need to do at this time? Do you need anything from us as we will be coming up again on Sunday and staying through Tuesday.
