this is a followup question about me being fired from Conifer healthcare Solutions, I know that you stated that KY is an at-will state does it matter if the company is headquartered in Frisco, TX? or because it I actually worked in Louisville,KY? I feel the some of the offenses committed including harassment, inappropriate language (the N word) used in a meeting. Negative evaluation although the supervisor now manager at the time was never there to evaluate me. I worked 2nd shift and he only came through to say bye, having no idea of my work performance that he got from a coworker with whom I had issues. when asked if I could respond which I asked him numerous times, I was told he would send me the email and I never received. I asked him again he told me that the time to respond had elapsed. I know I made some errors but we very rarely got breaks or lunches because the Emergency Room was always so busy, so they wouldn't have to pay us overtime they would make us come in early. The work environment was TOXIC to say the least. I would just like to talk to someone about these issues this just seems unfair the employees were allowed to be treated this way. I sent email to the director who was fired as well and told there would be a meeting to discusss the above issues with the manager but that never happened and the bad treatment continued. It was so bad I had colleagues in other departments asking me why they kept harassing me and I couldn't give an answer because I didn't know why myself. The new supervisor would gossip to me about other employee issues in which I told her I didn't want to know but it would continue, and because I didn't want to work over in there area because of the gossip that's when things started to go down hill and our working relationship changed and it became hard working with her period. The lead and the supervisors were friends outside work and there was blatant favoritism towards her but negatively against the workers who weren't part of the click.
