Hello Mr. Reape, you handled my divorce back in 1996-98. I know now that what I did by signing off on my life time spousal support was wrong, but I did stay with the retirement fund and social security, the question is mphwf has approved my case for benefits this August but I have a feeling my ex has done something so as I wont acquire much, if that's the case can I take him back to court for the spousal support I waived? He if you remember insisted I let you go, and the only way I was to get the house was to sign off on the lifetime support. His lawyer was ms. yarrow in Lancaster. Thank you for your time, Dawn Enzen
