Nathan Miller was appointed to represent me in marital property division case. We had never met prior to court last Monday. When my case was called I understood that it was being rescheduled so we could talk. I left the courtroom. Later that week I received a letter from Mr. Miller advising me that a bench warrant had been issued for my arrest. He advised me to pay or risk arrest. 04-27-15 I went to the West Liberty Police Dept who could find no warrant. I then went to the County Attorney's office, Miles Holbrook, and he informed me that he could not locate such a warrant. I need to discuss this matter with Mr. Miller ASAP.
