Does Karl Brehmer handle education issues including a student being treated unjustly. One example is student has been accepted to The Citadel and he needs updated transcript. It took 4 months to get it. Now he needs another for scholarship application. Hes ask for that one for 5 months and still the school wont get it done. He ask for 4 inn the beginning since he knew the school is noted for this. Thy only gave him 1.The school is Newberry Academy Shelby Fulmer counselor,Bryan Fitzgergerald headmaster. The student has been unjustly punished for plugging in a fog machine he bought for the school for Halloween. He plugged it in to test it having no idea itd set off fire alarm. His punishment was severe. He had to test and replace recepticles in the school.No one even turned off main breaker knowing they had set a a time for it to be done. This was highly illegal for him to be ask to do. The student holds a 4.8 gpa, study body president ,perfect attendence for 15 yrs so no he isnt a bad person. All this has caused him mental stress that caused stomach problems. Is there anyone to advise what steps to take. Thank you
