I sent some e-mails to my room-mates office. he had some disagreement with them. He said no more. I did make a mistake in doing this. He said he would get the police involved and get a restraining order againist me. Do I have any rights to say you can not do this?

I want to file a federal lawsuit for erróneos deprivation of parental rights and medical malpractice going on 10-15 yrs I am in Portland Maine Aréa and have received counsel from augusta before. I would like to know if this office would like to assist me in preparing my tort. Or can recommend other constitutional lawyers to represent me. Im not sure if my domicile matters as I am in they process of finding an apt.

I would like to know if this office would like to assist me in preparing my torts/lawsuit . Or can recommend other constitutional lawyers to represent me. Im not sure if my domicile matters as I am in they process of finding an apt. Isabel there a pinetree in Portland i can consult with? I just picked up the pro se forms at the federal bldg. I Also have prepared a complaint to file with the OCR- concerning C.F.R. in lieu of recent malpractice and illegal dissemination of medical récords. OCR and HIPPA of DHHS and these blatant violations to my rights and the Privacy Act. Thanks
