This person, not even a man, is a thief and liar; has no honor. He definitely sleeps with the judge and other attorney; they all sleep in the same bed.
Promised one thing, talks you into following his lead and assures you you will not spend more time than already served then sells you down the river. Ends up making deals with the DA modifying charges after you've signed an agreement and plea; in support of prosecution.
To top it all off, he walked away with full payment ($7grand) and not serving his clients best interest (me); a Public Defender would have served me better for less, actually no money.
My first time ever arrested, it was for "Conspiracy to Commit" charges and ended up doing full sentences for an actual crime not committed (they modified after signing). I went from being an addict to the worst trafficker in Dona Ana County in over 20 years by his actions and the DA's.
I would not recommend this person for anything, best to stay away from unless you want to go to prison on worst circumstances for having done nothing.
Will ruin your entire life.
