Should they die I prepare for them either a Will or Revocable Trust. In this way they are assured that their assets will be passed on to whom they want. They can even from their grave control the assets and have the principal given to their heir at various ages. My clients tell me I am a good listener and that I put their personal feelings in their Will or Trust. That after they sign the instrument they have peace of mind. I always try to explain what we are going to do, so that my client understands what they are signing. I do this weather its a Estate Planning or a Real Estate matter.
