UNWARRANTED CHILD REMOVAL
§ 1983 civil case involving myself and my 2 minor children. DCFS would be the defendant.  The 2 year date of them taking my children unlawfully was November 24th 2017 however I have been diagnosed with Complex PTSD a year ago due to the circumstances that arose from the incident. I am unsure of Statute of limitations. I have spoke to several lawyers including the ACLU, they have all said clearly the law has been broken. However they do not get into civil litigation such as this. I am very frusterated. These people need to be reprimanded for their actions. They can't keep breaking up innocent loving families. It sickens me!! At the 72 hr hearing the judge deemed in open court that my case is a perfect example of a §1983 42 USC case that falls under the color of law and that our civil liberties were indeed violated . The judge also sited the amendments and said that DCFS illegally obtained my children and that it was clear without doubt that DCFS clearly acted out of negligence with malicious intent. The judge immediately ordered the children back to me and warned DCFS to leave me and children alone. This happened in NEVADA STATE. I AM DESPERATE FOR JUSTICE FOR MY CHILDREN AND MYSELF. ANY ADVICE???ANY LAWYERS ??
