On November 29th 2012 another employee and myself had what was supposed to be a confidential meeting with our Transportation Supervisor about shop issues. Since that time I have been having issues with my Shop Foreman. In that time and up till now I have been singled out on several occasions and forced into situations that other employees have not had to endure. I've had to perform work duties that are not in my job description, I have had my work area moved, I've had my shift changed, other employees were told about private conversations that I had brought up in my review with the Transportation Supervisor and Shop Foreman that were supposed to be confidential. I was recently pulled off of a job in the middle of performing my duties and replaced. I have had to deal with verbal abuse. I had a meeting recently with my Transportation Supervisor with him making excuses for my Shop Foreman's actions. I had a meeting in July of 2014 with the Union and Human Resources and the problems still continue. Recently my shop foreman put his finger in my face, stomped his feet, clenched his fist and lunged at me aggressively and I felt very threatened. I feel that I'm having to work in a hostile environment and I'm trying to get some legal advice to what my options are? Thank you.
