I am from Honduras, me and my friend Nadia went to your office last friday and we talk about my case with childsupport and visitation days, the information that you gave us was really helpful.
Now I would like to hire you to work in my case, we got my son's address/phone number and we went to their house last saturday night , my ex wife and her husband did not let me see my son and they asked me for childsupport they want me to pay first everthing since january 2013 to present. I asked her to give me permission to see may son on sunday or the next weekend coming and they said not to.
They said that I can see him on the next visitation's date which is on November 8th but is a little bit hard for me coming every month that's why I tried to see him this week.
I would like to modify childsupport and visitation's dates the reason why is because she said that I make $2,000 per month in my country and I do not make that amount of money per month and neither I can be in Houston every month on visitation's days

I also asked to them for permission at least to talk to my son by phone or skype between visitations and they said not.
I made the online parental educationnal's course too and I let them a certificate's copy of it.
I am not sure if they will let me see my son the next visitation's date and I do not know if I have to start with child support first or try to modify that the court orderded.
