my name is Herberth Mazariego. Recently I have a friend that was arrested in Naples FL. we uses the services of Virlenys Palma Law Office to represented. We paid $3000 for the lawyer and the dui case was done. not with the conditions that my friend Erlin was told abouth the probation period. But at the end he have to accepted on front of the judge. After that, He was suppose to be transported to immigration ctr. Erlin Maradiaga(the inmate has a fiancé that is pregnant and they have 5 more kids that live with him). His fiancé is a very poor lady witth 5 kids and one on the way. We contact again Virlenys palma Law office and they said that cost another $2000 to take the case with immigration. His fiancé have to borrow money that she dident have and we send it on 03/04 2016 in the afternoon. .Erlin call us same day in the afternoon and said that he was taken by the sheriff in diferent charges. we call the law office the same day and we speak with a diferent legal assistant and we toll her the situation. She said no problem call back on Monday. We call on Monday and speak with Beatriz again and se said. that the new case will cost $5000. We expleined to her that she cant afford that, and requested that better refund the money to us. She said that that they cant. because they allready working in the case. We send the Money Friday AFTERNOON.we call the same day , they closed on Saturday, and Monday morning they said that they had been working on the case?. They taking advantage of the poor people that don't know any better. I dont Think is wright. We are looking for help from some people that help us to get her money back. They dident do Anything in this case and they want to keep the $2000 dollar. we are very poor people, don't take ADVANTEGE OF US. we will continue for others way to get our money back. Good Bless you.
