HI Need some help.

Facts: 2013/2014 divorce decree state one child deduction for each parent- form 8832

2013/2014 Ex received house I signed a quit claim deed ordered by the court

As ordered by Judge Tomesello 2013. Any orders after such Order from Judge Chell/ Johnson is in appeal currently. I can not go back to court to enforce order.


Problem- To date I have not received 2012& 2013 child deduction form as requested by IRS, In addition the quit claim was not filed, house went into foreclosure my name is not on the loan. This is ruining my credit.

My attorney of six years Chris Manganello, Pitman NJ will not pursue even though he has been paid for services and ex attorney Andrew Yurick Esq Woodbury NJ of 6 years will not responds to any requests.

Please advise as how to get the above documents completed as per court order. I have filed a consumer complaint with the attorneys generals office. This case has spanned between Gloucester and Cumberland. Do I file an attorney complaint as both attorneys have not followed court order and will not address the issues. If so , Where do I file the complaint Gloucester or Cumberland or both. Can you help me? I
