i got my claim re open, the doctor left somthing in my leg a surture, ,now the my claim manger just wrote me a letter telling me im not going get any time loss , i didnt send the right imformation but i did twice, ! now i need help with another appeal, and im running out of time can u help 3604150798

I originally had a L&I claim back in 2010 for "bilateral Shoulder Strain" and through physical therapy and massage was able to return to work as a City Bus Driver. Now I have had an ongoing L&I Claim since July of 2013 for my left shoulder. I have done everything that my doctors and L&I have asked of me and up until April of this year I have continued to work with the injury and pain. On April 8th I could no longer take the pain and safely do my job and asked to be covered for my shift. I have since changed job titles while working at the same company but feel that L&I have continued to play games with my claim by not allowing my right shoulder and then making me file a separate claim for the April re-injury and now they seem to be threatening that I will have to pay back my time loss payments. I am scheduled for my second IME next month and even though I am now no longer driving the bus I am concerned that if L&I won't cover both shoulders then I will have to pay for any surgeries that become needed. Not to mention the $2309.31 they are stating I will have to pay them back. I believe that my shoulders are both work related injuries and I believe that L&I are trying to find a way not to pay for my (if needed) surgeries.
What are my rights at this point?
