Seeking an Strong, Aggressive, Confident Attorney to help me seek justice for permanent injury I have sustained following a negligent act during a dental procedure. After a recent visit to IU Medical Center in Indianapolis, Tuesday, April 7,2015, it has been confirmed that the Dentist was negligent and because Doctors here in Evansville misdiagnosed me (covering up for Dentist) damage can not be reversed. I was out of work from July 2014 thru November 2014. I was placed off again December 2014 to present. I was told by Neurologist in Indianapolis Tuesday, that I can not return. Because of the type of injury (Inferior Alveolar Nerveopathy and TMJ) I have had to sign up for disability through the state. This has caused a hardship emotionally and financially on myself and my Husband. I am receiving counseling now, and.now my Husband is going as well in order to learn how he can help support me because my whole life has changed.
