I was referred to Mr. Peter Olivito by Prime Time For Aging. They accepted my case and referred me to you. I am a 65 yo disabled widow. I have a case against me that has suspended my license requesting I pay $1, 559 plus a $150 reinstatement fee. See my daughter was driving my car and apparently my insurance lapsed a minute after midnight the night before it happened. We never heard anything about this till now. This woman called me and was very ignorant, course, and rude to me. She refused to work with me. I told her I could pay $50 a month and so did my daughter and she refused. Stating, we demand $500 by the end of the month (this was 2 mo's ago) and we won't accept $50 a month. Next thing I know I get a letter and so did my daughter that she forwarded it to the DMV and our license was going to be suspended Oct 22nd. And it was. I don't know what to do. I desparately need my license cause I have no other family or friends to take me to my doctors or to get my meds on a regular basis. I am a sever diabetic. I am so far in debt from when my husband passed away suddenly 4 yrs ago. I lost everything when he died and inherited all the hospital bills (exceeding $40, 000). Please please can you help me?
