Good Day Attorney O'pake,
Perhaps you heard of me and the situation I find myself in and I understand you will be representing me August 30. ( My Birthday no less )
Currently, I am on house arrest for the second time in 7 months and I I feel reluctant in asking for a hearing to have hehe ankle braclet remove.
I was going to try after I acquired a job, which has been very difficult with the restrictions. I have been following all of the rules of house arrest: however, it is hard at times to get permission to get out of the house.
Today was the second time I lost an opportunity for a job interview, because I couldn't get approval. I left a voice message to reschedule, but I still haven't heard anything and I don't think I will.
Judge Goodman emphasized to me I should find work at my bail reduction hearing and I have been trying very hard to do so to make the best of a bad situation.
Yesterday I had my Land Rover reprocessed. I got it back today, but for how long I do not know. I need transportation for a job.
Could you file for another bail reduction hearing in order to have these restrictions removed and acquire a job. Today' interview was a good opportunity that I lost again, because of scheduling issues, which I was told by parole.
Personally, I don't understand the problem and I would be grateful if something could be done. I don't have much time to make the best of this ordeal.
