I initially contact this law firm for help with probate court. Both of my parents passed away this year, my mother in March and my father in June. Upon the initial meeting, I explained it would be hard for me to travel, as I do not live in the town that my parents' resided. This was in September 2015. It is now December 2015. Nobody has filed anything with the court. When I call, I am put on hold and told that someone would return my call (it never happens) and/or I will receive something in the mail (never explaining what). I initially met with Mr. O'Bryan. The last time I was able to speak to someone there, I was told a woman was handling my case. I have not actually spoken to an attorney since September. I have not received an invoice to pay. They have my father's death certificates and are basically not doing anything with them. I cannot physically go to the office, because I work the majority of their business hours. Overall, this has been an extremely stressful and unhelpful experience with them. I would have expected better, considering the circumstances. I would not recommend them. You can find someone better to handle sensitive issues. I am almost sure of it.
