I am trying to get my son out of a treatment foster home. He spent 16 months in Somerset Hills residential Treatment center in Middlesex, nj. He was mentally and physically abused there. One incident he was beat to the point of going to the hospital, with a almost broken rib and bruised sternum. Facility never called us, he told us about a month later, afraid of being a snitch. We now receive bills for the hospital visit. You can research Somerset Hills, they have been closed down for many reasons. We told his CMO worker and DYFUS worker, they ignored him and us, saying he's probably lying. He finally was released into a treatment foster home, for 7 months now. My son hates it there also, sneaked out of house, told he must go to a Baptist church even though he is Christian, was put in night school which he was not getting enough credits. The mother and I hate each other, she does not care about health issues, school, friends who helped originally got him in trouble. Her interest is the $3,000 she receives every month. We want him home, he wants to be home. Anything at all we can do.
