My Leg ulcer is healed but I need to have surgery on my leg because there is a chance if I dont have surgery on my leg I might loose it because of blood circulation problems. I tried to get the money out of my retirement for the surgery out of my retirement but it was denied because I need a prepayment letter but I cant get a prepayment letter from my insurance because they are not sure how much the surgery is going to be. Do u know of anything else I can do dealing with this. I work for Wal-Mart in creston , ia I was your client in 2013 I think it was 2013. I really need the surgery for I wont loose my leg. I told that to the the person I talk to get the money out of my retirement. I filled out the paperwork and sent them copies of the bills I was going to pay off with the money and Kim at the Iowa Vein wrote down on a piece of paper how how much different things was going to cost to give a estatimate and how much was left on my deductable and I sent that to them to. Do u know of anything else I can do I would appreciate it very much.
