Sharon Sutterfield asked a question

Can there be a toxic tort case regarding my employer in the fact that he came into the building and removed asbestos tile that was decayed some into a fine dust and others scraped up with a shovel while all employees
Are all present and the public coming in and tracking through it for months while they remodeled. The janitor swept it nightly and stirred it up. I was told to not speak about asbestos when I questioned if it was tested or not. I was told he was doing everything within the law. I then sent a tile myself and had it tested and it the tile and glue was asbestos that we as employees sat and worked in for around 8 months. Is this a toxic tort claim or asbestos litigation. I have the test results if you would please advise me, I understand I'm not old enough, when I called and spoke with your legal person, to have mesothelioma. But can my employer purposely expose me to asbestos and not be responsible for it?

Wondering wrote something

I was wondering what happens if a person was collecting from a estate case from a spouse and the spiuse pass, then they pass. What happens to uncashed checks if the remaining spouse dies? Would the person caring for them be the beneficiary? If that person is a child of both deceased parties? Please let me know?
