Shannon. I will. Make this message as short and informative as I can. I am an American With Disabilities, and I have been horribly discriminated for Years, by these Federal Personnel Offices, for Not correctly giving me the Handicap Hiring Preference in Employment Considerarion and Hire. I have lost consideration due to obvious Personnel Error. I put this in Federal Court, in the 1990 s. and my information was found correct, but Leura Garrett office said the Personnel would not be punished for something they did not know...... I know it is crazy. You can look that case up where I sued the Air Force at Maxwell AFB, if that would help. I am the Person that implemented the Hiring of the Handicap Program at Maxwell AFB and Gunter AFB. I have Lost Consideration for probably 1000 positions. Those Personnel folks do not know the Legal Federal Hiring Instructions in the 5 Code Of Federal Regulations. Since I have already been to Federal Court and I have lost so much Federal Employment Consideration due to Obvious Personnel Error, I would like your help to go thru the Office of Personnel Management, etc., to get whatever compensation due me. When I went to Court in Montgomery, my Aunt, Retired Attorney Janie Baker Clarke helped me, but I tell you Shannon, I desperately need compensation from the Federal Agencies from destroying my career. I hope you will help me. Also, I hope that I have been very clear about my discriminated against status. I have lost consideration and hire due to Obvious Personnell for 1000 or more positions. I have lost consideration for employment with the Air Force Personnel, the Navy Personnel, the Army Personnel, the Office of Personnel Management job vacancies, Tinker , Eglin, Tyndall AFBases, just to name a few. The lawyers in my family are retired or they do not live in this area. I need your help and I appreciate it. I have lost so much because of these Obvious Personnel Errors, I am a handicap person that is supposed to be Protected by the Federal Gov. for Handicap Discrimination instead of treating me so terrible.
