I have pending charges in missoula justice and lake county district..inbetween I have a failure to appear for municiap w a suspended license n failure to appear. Neither lawyers want to n I need ti appear for court but scared they hold me until they not what to do w all charges..I was told to have an in call lawyer go in w me?

I need legal advice since the person that was defending me on a case no longer works there. Johnathan Zundel totally misrepresented me now he is no longer employed by the public defenders office. I would like to contact the head of the office and verify a few things.
As well as get information on the appeal process and possibly figure out the process to get a new defender as advised by the Missoula Municipal Court. I genuinely appreciate your time.

Not sure who sees these but maybe help..... I am being represented by the public defender's office... However for some reason and my previous case they could not do so and had to offer me an attorney outside of the office due to a conflict of interest. Now there seems to be no conflict of interest and I'm not sure how it just went away suddenly. I did not know that was possible. Also the judge representing me as the judge who presided over my criminal case and I was giving you 40 years sentence on a violation for drinking. 6 years deferred was get taken away and I was given for you. I take full responsibility for my actions however I do feel that both of these things are conflict and I'm not sure who to contact about them
