The facebook page for Pictoura and the company who created it, Pictoura and its executives and board have stolen intillectual property of mine and my company including but not limited to all assets images and text and branding for GYDR and XPLR and as well as all text and copy related to my company's Traditions, GYDR Offering, and all other related materials to my companies property and brand. In addition, Pictoura is knowingly using images in its own marketing materials and those produced by users of pictoura that they do not have the right to use. They are attempting to steel from me and my employees and shareholders and they are stealing images and content from their users in a way that violates the user license agreement. The shareholders of pictoura are being swindled out of their investment do to their theft of my property, the theft of other images owned by other sources that they are using in their marketing materials and many many many other violations of fiscal and corporate law. In addition, for anyone who was in Harlem this weekend, and attended their event, Pictoura intends to use images captured in video that they took without your consent. I repeat. They are planning on using images of you without your consent on the internet and for other purposes. If you were there and do not want to have them use your image at their own discretion you should contact the Chairman Marc Miller at 845-667-1147. His email address is marc@pictoura.com. The CEO's name is Jim Edelstein, his telephone number is 845-332-7760 and his email is jim@pictoura.com. IP Theft and use of other people images should be stopped at all costs.
