I have been in a No Fault Car Accident on March of 2007, I let my
Case Worker know before the Time and of the Time of Settlement
With Insurance Company in the Spring of 2009. Since I was 73 at the
Time and Cannot Work, I was to Retain the Settlement Monies as
Self Supporting, Along with Her Approval, IN WHICH I WAS GIVEN.
I was receiving SSI and Medicaid Benefits Since 2001. After the Settlement
And Every Year Since 2001- 2012, I have Turned in my MAABD Forms Along
With FINANCIAL VERIFICATIONS from my Bank. On October 23, 2012, I
Checked into UMC with Stomach Bleeding and out of No Where, SSA Written
To Me 3 Days Later that they want to Review my Eligibility by Phone. I Answered
All their Questions, Including that I have 20K in the Bank. Then by Letter SSA
Informs that I broke the Resource Limit and am Cut Off SSI and to Pay a Debt
Of 8K Plus. I went to my Case Worker at Social Services to Inform Her of what is
Happening as of February of 2013, PAGE 1 of 2, Page 2 of 2; And She declines of what I am Stating to her and Asks
An Investigative Question of how much do I Currently have in the
Bank Account, in which I Stated 17K. She Said that Brings you over the
Resource Limit and am Terminated from Medicaid, due to her not
Knowing about the No Fault Case Settlement Monies. I asked to Review
My File and paper Work, Including BANK VERIFICATIONS along with the
Yearly MAABD Forms, But She stated that this is a Matter that has to do
With Social Security and to Review with them, even though she Possesses
ALL MY WRITTEN PROOFS. Bottom Line, I get Hit by a Car in 2007, Report it
To my Case Worker, Send in Written Proofs Yearly and (3) Plus Years Later,
The SSA and my Case Worker Layout an Attack Based on me Concealing
Settlement Monies. I have been Stripped of all Medical and I NET $150 Per
Month to Live On, I am 78 and Disabled and I Doubt anyone will Hire Me.
My Crime Getting Hit by a Car in a Cross Walk[No Fault], My Penalty,
Sickness and Homelessness, due to the SSA and My Case Worker. I could use
