Hello Mitchell,
Not sure if you remember me?? :-).... I'm one of your clients from about 3 years ago. I would like to know if I can include your name CC: in a letter I'm sending to United Health Care and what the fee would be? I can scan and email the letter along with a excel spreadsheet and 6 scans of receipts if you would like to view all the detail.
The issue is Cindy (My wife) had open heart surgery and my max "Out of Pocket" expense is $11,900.00. I have paid to date, $12,062.32... an overage of 162.32. Not a huge amount but they insist their records are correct and will not accept my itemization of the expenditures or copies of the receipts (so I'm planning on mailing all the information. I'm calling again today to see if they will accept an email and attachments after I speak with you. If I can send the letter and info via email to you that would be great. ( you might want to critique (chop) on the letter... I'm not the best at writing)
