I have a court date in Bristow this Friday, the 15th and need legal assistance for a MTA on a 2 year probation, I believed unsupervised.
CASE NUMBER CM2001-342
JUNE 23, 2016
TO:
Facts:
1. My understanding of the court’s orders, concerning my two-year probation, involved unsupervised probation, as the judge ordered, for the ticket, I paid $893.00 dollars to the court, in 2001.
2. The paperwork said, I could mail in the payment and phone in for a check in, and was told this after reporting to the court clerk’s office in person for payment. The attorney recommended, I check in to the court clerk’s office, but I was told that I could mail, and phone in.
3. I began mailing in after month three.
4. I then, found a new document in my file, stating DNA samples were necessary, and I was to do this at a probation office. After calling several probation offices in McAlester, McIntosh County and then, the office in Bristow, I then called the court, and found there was a warrant issued.
5. I hired an attorney, and checked in for prints, and got the warrant removed (after $1500.00 later.)
6. I went to the McIntosh county jail for probation check in, and filled out the paperwork, which he gave back to me, as I was not on the supervised probation, as that was mostly Department of Corrections people.
7. I have had DNA samples taken almost monthly, and paid my fines. because of a medical condition, I have, are urine, and bloodwork, taken, as recently as yesterday, and I have them with me.
8. I hope we can continue with the unsupervised probation, as I never drink, and the ticket was sixteen years ago. If we must use supervised probation, please allow a continuance, for attorney payment and representation, as the bloodwork for the condition I have has me very sick.
9. Please allow additional consideration that client already served 5 weeks, after stopped for a faulty headlight, and paid the fine, sixteen years ago, which she believed, completed the DUI fine, from 16 years ago, and completed 6 month’s probation then, no driver’s license, during that time, and DUI school, drug court, and driving school again, before getting licensed in OK, as she has not had a DUI, since, and that was in 2001.
10. I have had a court date on May 13, 2016, and June 24th, 2016, and my next court date is July, 15th, when I have to have an attorney.

Dear Chris,
This case concerns issues with knowledge concerning the probation procedure. At first, I was told, via phone, and in person, to report to the courthouse, where I paid my fines, and after three months, of doing so, I was then then told I could call in for the check in, and mail the payment in. She filled out new paperwork at that time, and was asked to sign a blank form, after she filled out the top, but she did not find that paperwork until a few months later when she called in, as told to do, and at that time, was told a warrant was issued. After reviewing my file, I found instructions for probation office, and urine collection instructions, in a folded up, piece of paper manner, that she had not seen before.
She also began calling for a probation officer, Bristow, Sapulpa, Eufaula, and McAlester, as the first two were where the 16 year-old case came from, and local probation office was not in the Eufaula phonebook, and McAlester, said wrong jurisdiction, basically. Fortunately, I had been giving DNA samples to her Doctor, and has also went to have urine samples done, an additional two times, plus two samples last Summer, and three blood DNA samples, and have enclosed them. I never drink, or act in a questionable manner, and I am not behind on court fees, and wishes leniency in your decision. I’m sure I can’t survive the harsh conditions of confinement due to my disease, as I already spent five weeks in for this charge, and could barely walk after release. I did check into the jail, and got the warrant released, shortly after I found out about it.
I can pay on August 20th in full and maybe 200.00 on the 3rd of August.
