I am having issues with my landlords and now I have been told I have until Sept 10th to move. They won't fix anything, I have pictures of things that are torn up and other things that need to be repaired and I asked them to please fix them a while back. They just sold property right down the road from me to the new Family Dollar going in here in Green Mount and they said they just "CAN'T" fix anything. What do I do.. I haven't paid rent either and I'm rebelling like they are and now I was given an ultimatum to get out.. What kind of renters rights do I have if any at all? I didn't sign a contract or lease when I moved in 3 yrs ago so I have nothing binding of my rent. Just my receipts up until June. That's when I stopped paying rent. It took them 8 months to fix my bedroom floor that fell through with the foot board of my bed and I had to sleep on the couch. The electric sockets are hanging with the wires showing where I plug things in. The floor is soft in the living room. There is mold underneath my kitchen sink. My bathtub has white duck tape in it to cover a big hole that broke through. My kitchen faucet leaks constantly and my water bill is always high cause they won't replace it.. Please tell me what I can do?
