Doctor Jekyll, Mr. Hyde
Run, do not walk!! He represented our company several years in defending and presenting a lawsuit. Bare minimum representation at best up until the trial. At trial, Mr. Hyde appeared and the former McCaffery was nowhere to be found. He acted as if he represented the opposing party and refused to defend us or present our case. He made incriminating remarks, submitted ZERO EVIDENCE, despite naming 80+ exhibits in the pretrial order. Allowed ZERO WITNESSES, despite naming 50+ in the pretrial order. Witnesses were there waiting, and we adamantly demanded he allow us to testify and present our case. Fired him during the trial, and filed a mistrial for malpractice but his damage was done. Left us little to no recourse outside of a malpractice suit against him. Facing a huge judgment, we will likely have to file Bankruptcy from this man. Run do not walk!
