I do not recommend this lawyer. After my father's death, Eric Maxwell was supposed to handle all legal affairs of the will and estate. I called him many times, usually several times a week, and could never get past his receptionist, Heather, in order to talk to him, to ask him one simple question. At one point, Heather told me she would call me back herself and never did. When I called multiple times throughout the day, she literally screened my calls and, needless to say, I have never heard back from either of them. If you want a lawyer who is professional and understanding, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people are rude, insensitive, and unworthy of your time.
