Hi Stan,
recently my sister hired M.D.K. mechanical L.L.C, to replace her furnace and hot water heater she lived at Oakland heights mobile home park and they are switching over to natural gas from propane.
There have been problems with the hot water heater since it was installed, they came back once to fix a leak in the pipe they installed but another leak appeared.
My brother in law said some rude things to the owner Mark Compesta who now refuses to take my calls or come back to repair the leak, mold is now festering causing more issues, my sister has since passed away and we need to get these issues fixed before we can sell the trailer.
