Had two court time's on same day,..one @ 9am for meth charge & other 1pm child support,..
Was out of town & wouldn't make it , called day before to let public defender knw but he was out ,so assistant left message for him to call me, I never got call from him, so I don't know if I have warrant on me or if my public defender took care of it,,. Just got back into town but still haven't received call from him.......

I had missed my court date , for child support and they went off my ex's word by saying how much money I make a week I have been sick lately an infection in my arm have Crohn's disease are used to make $750 a week now I barely make $300 a week last year's tax returns were $18,000 so I made $333 a week my ex saying I made 750 weeks so I need to figure out how to get it adjusted to the right payment I haven't worked this much this year I'm probably maybe made $5,000 this year if that they want me to pay $97 a week because I missed court they just basically grab the number out of the air so I don't know what to do do I need an attorney or can I just go down there and show him the paperwork

in va , seperation of church and state sleeping in bank arrested for impeding traffic late at night cold mass transit closed, released on supervisory bond, homeless and probate official calls a charitable organization whrere used for purposes of mail showers etc...is this misdeamor harrasment when i gave my personal phone to individual and relative is a marijauana smoker and insulted me racially .. class I misdeamor for threatening calls where i warned her about the dangers outside also class 3 misdeamor for unintentional use of phone yet she called number that is restricted...am alcoholic
