I need to make some long overdue changes to my trust which was prepared by your father, Tom, in 1997. I was divorced and single at that time, but since then I married Mike Anderson on 12/31/12. I did not change my last name to Anderson, but kept Byrne. I also now have 3 grandchildren, Kaitlyn by Michele Murray, and Carlie and Mitchell by Scott Byrne. In the past I also made two amendments: one excluding Scott from half of the property at 526 Colman St., Altadena ; and the other revoking this so he and Michele share equally in this property as stated in the original trust. I want it clearly stated that they both share equally in this property. I hope you have a copy of the Trust and the amendments to refer to. Please advise as to how to proceed.
