My oldest daughters biological father has been absent in her life for over 9 years, he has helped me raise her financially or medically this whole time. He popped up last year threatening to fight me full custody and wants visitations. My child is 11 and 12 in July. She doesn't want anything to do with him, and doesn't want to see him. He harassed me verbally on social networks and trashes my name. What can I do to strip him of any rights he has left to you child?

On May 8th I was harassed and threatened at my doctors office. On May 11th I filed a TRO.
I was unable to have it served before the court date and requested an extension which was granted. On June 14th the party was served for the June 20th court date.
On June 20th after entering the court house building I was served with a TRO regarding the exact same scenario from May 8th from the other party that I filed against. (which was turned around and made me the harasser) Their TRO was was filed on June 15th they day after they were served my TRO with the same court date and time. IS THIS LEGAL???
I was told that it was not by a friend. They mentioned that the other party can not counter file until my TRO was settled?

Where can I find help to get my mom out of a unhealthy, verbal abuse, financial abuse environment? APS is involved but it is still up to individual if they want something done. My mom is disabled. She had open heart surgery, hip surgery and she is currently on dialysis. What can I do?
