My late husband’s niece went to the Union Parish Coroner and signed two Orders of Protection against me in one day even though the doctor at the LSU Conway Psyche unit said I was OK and sent me home at 5:30AM. When she found out, that was not good enough for her. Within hours I was on my way to St. Francis North Monroe Psyche Unit. I was examined by Dr. Guillory and determined to be OK and sent home around 5:30PM. Dr. Guillory suggested that I see a psychiatrist for testing to establish that I am alright and not have to put up with this kind of treatment again. He also told me, "Ms. Chapman I don't think you are the one who needs to be here." He also called the UPSO and the UP Coroner and gave them a piece of his mind about what had been done to me. Per Dr. Guillory's suggestion, I went to Dr. Ed Baker and went through the testing he suggested and got a report from him stating that I am NOT crazy. I had not seen nor talked to Jade for over a year when she did this to me. I don't see how she can claim to know my state of mind. I would like to sue her for damages---stress, embarrassment, humiliation, slander, harassment, etc. My problem is that I can’t find anyone to help me. I only have a short time left to get something going on this. Can you help me? Please call and advise me what to do.
