Salam Alekum Robert


Is Diana , Ijaz helped me w/an emigarion case for my husb , I know you from his office . I need some help and I want to ask if you can take the job before I go somewhere else .
Is an easy winnable case of nuisance neighbor , I have records for 3 years dog barking , parties , music , and loud radio.

Send letter of stop and desist no help , neighbor got her atty involved sent letters emails to him about the neighbor continuing these nuisances , have all ready, can forward to you, is an easy winnable case , I did all base work , I need you because I want an ijunction for relif not only a small cout claim. They are not taking me seriously even after all of that , now I am ready to advance this to court for relief and damages too if I can , but mostly I want the noises to stop. I think when they see this and my documentation for 3 yrs they will back out and settle, either way I want them to take me seriously and stop the noises. Do not worry by communicating with the netighbor atty I was carful to not incriminate my self ( the best I know) I did this to have an official record documented of my attemeps to solve this out of court .

if yu can't take my case pls refer me to somone that u know and trust , I know u re a personal injury atty , to me disturbing the peace continusly and not respecting the laws and bothering someone repeatedly for 3 years in spite of warnings etc , is injury !

my husb is Jaouad form Morocco , he come here about 10 years ago .
I wk at night 12h , so email is good, but I can call you back too before wk say about 5-5 30PM or after wk in am 8-8.30 /9 .

Thanks a lot Robert ,will be nice to hear form you, even if u will not be my lawyer, do u think if you can't that Ijaz will like to help me with this case , I do not know his area of practice aside form emigration. Really is an easy case , I do not want small claims court because I do not think they can provide me with an injunction.
