I was referred by Gerard Jervis, I hurt my lower back while on the job and I was a Special Ed Bus Driver for Roberts Hawaii who is also contracted out by the DOE. I been going to my doctor's appointments, my PT/MT, I have done three facet blocks, and going back for another procedure, and I am currently in a vocational rehab. But I am having a lot of issues with First Risk Management Services Inc. DBA The Firms Claims Services A/F Robert's Hawaii Inc. My checks are never on time in the amount of $388.00 every two weeks, one time I never got a check from February up until June of this year. They have made it hard for me, by not being able to pay my rent on time and being charged late fees, as well as taking care the basic necessity that is needed for me and my children to live. I am so over this and is seeking for someone that can help me in my case. I truly was trying to keep Attorneys out, wanted to work with the insurance company, but they ain't working with me. Please help me, I don't know what else to do.
