Bob has hoarded my assets.(I have a sole proprietorship called Sassy Sophisticates). He was going to try to put my business assets against my personal property. My business assets were purchased with my inheritance from my Father. Do you see how sick this has been? I have been formally tested 3 times with the same results. He has even lied to the police saying I was bi-polar and an alcoholic. I have also tested not an alcoholic nor an addict.

Bob makes over $630,000 per year. At the first of the month he puts $500 under my door. He refuses to give me my car. He has patterns of abuse and neglect. He has threatened to kill me(One time he jumped on my chest, held my nose and said he swore to God that he would kill me if i didn't stop yelling to the neighbor for help. He lied (he is a compulsive one) and got me Social Security Disability. I have No marks...I have Never tried to commit suicide.He busted a table in front of me and forced me to go to Mennengers! What else would you like to know about his abuse?

I have been formally tested by Vest Psychiatric. I the results clearly state that i am not bi-polar. so far
I have counted 5 felonies that have been made including Obstruction of Justice and Deformation of Character

If you haven't figured it out by now, the original petition was based on a temporary incapacity that I had fixed at LGH West. It was originally caused by domestic violence. So who is to blame for my deflated lung and disorientation due to the lack of oxygen going to my brain?

The Crisis Center knows that Bob has lied many times over the years. He would fax the sheriff's office saying for example that I was Hypo manic. I had a phone conversation with Mennengers and I was admitted. You can't be admitted to Mennengers if you are active mania. He lies.

The domestic violence by Bob has included 15 busted ribs, a deflated lung, brusied kidneys, liver and numerous ER visits. It is time to stop this charade of yours. it is time for me to go back home. my last calculation was that bob has Spent over $453,000. trying to hurt me. i can prove with phone logs that he has broken the doctor/patient relationship 7 times. He has Munchausin Syndrom By Proxy. He also did this to his first wife Jeanne. his behavior has been sick. Do you want this case of abuse and neglect to go to court? My calculations show that I am up to 85% of our net worth and I refuse to settle.

The guardian(Kelly Tollefson) has known about the domestic abuse for months. She also tried to cover up for Bob saying to the doctors at LGH West that my sister saw me fall off a ladder(my sister was in Kansas when my lung was deflated. Check her GPS) she also told the doctors and blatently lied saying that i was addicted to Kollonopin. She tried to intimidate me at the hospital saying that I should walk to the City Mission. She wrote one e-mail in 7 months. That is the extent of her help.Her behavior has been sick also. She refuses to back to Court and relinquish control even though I have proved the incapacity is 180 degrees from the original petition. It is spelled out what she should do under the revised statutes of the Duties and Responsibilities of a guardian in the State of Nebraska.

The latest formal testing I took and the subsequent interview I had by a licensed psychologist also revealed that I have experienced a great deal of trauma by Bob. There are also fist marks on file that were all over me that the police took. He denyed that accusation also.

When I went to the LGH West last August when I had my lung deflated and an oxygen saturation level was measured at only 74% do to domestic violence, the hospital was so concerned that they called Voices Of Hope. It is recorded at the hospital that I have experienced 10.5 years of on-going domestic abuse by my husband. Ten months in a one-bedroom apartment has been another aspect of Bob's domestic abuse.
